Breakfast is served in one of the many outdoor areas in the summer and in the cosy dining room in the winter. Breakfast includes delicious local breads and pastries, homemade conserves, home prepared stewed fruit, a selection of cereals, juices and hot beverages including freshly ground coffee, hot chocolate and many different teas. Seasonal additions are made to the breakfast menu depending on availability...tomatoes with freshly picked basil from the garden, fresh boiled eggs from Madam Paris's chickens, homemade muffins or tarts using fruit from the garden...strawberries, cherries, apples, plums or blackberries.

Evening meals with a Champagne aperitif, or a picnic tea is available if requested when booking. Dinner will be served in the garden, either in the manage with the BBQ dish as a brazier or in the courtyard under the trees, in the summer or in the dining room in the winter while enjoying the warmth of the open fire. Meals start with a local champagne aperitif followed by freshly prepared home cooked food using as much produce from the garden as the season allows and to finish the meal local cheeses and handmade cakes and desserts are always on the menu.

If you prefer to eat out there is a wide selection of local restaurants in Sezanne [10 mins drive] or Epernay [25 mins drive]. An extensive folder of local information and advice is available for your perusal.
